The client’s entire bathroom was outdated and poorly laid out. We provided full design services and a complete gut remodel to create a bright, spa-inspired retreat.
- Design & Planning – Developed detailed plans renderings to maximize light and flow.
- Full Demo & Prep – Full demolition; leveled subfloors and installed waterproofing.
- Framing & Rough-In – Reconfigured walls for a spacious walk-in shower and freestanding tub; ran new plumbing for dual shower valves.
- Tilework – Mounted stone-look porcelain tiles on walls and tub deck; laid penny mosaic tile on the shower floor for slip resistance and visual interest.
- Walk-In Shower Build – Crafted a tiled curb with linear drain; installed two square rain shower heads and matching matte-black controls.
- Recessed Niche – Built a tiled double niche for seamless, recessed storage.
- Finishing Touches – Grouted and sealed all joints, installed glass door hardware, and added final caulking for a perfect look.
This remodel wrapped the bathroom in a sleek, seamless tile look that feels effortlessly polished. The new window and light finishes flood the space with natural light, making it warm and inviting. Stepping into the shower with dual rain heads turns every wash into a spa-like moment, and the built-in niche keeps all your essentials neatly tucked away and within reach.
What was once a cramped, dated bath is now a light-filled sanctuary. The cohesive tile scheme and minimalist fixtures unify the space, while the dual-head shower and built-in niche deliver everyday luxury and functionality.
