The client was looking to update their shower with a cleaner, more current look—something simple but well-finished.
They wanted a space that felt brighter and more open without changing the footprint too much. Our job was to refresh the tile, refine the layout, and add a few standout details that would make the shower feel thoughtfully upgraded while still easy to use every day.
Solutions
We updated the layout to create a more open, spacious shower experience. Soft, marble-look tile in a large rectangular format was used on the walls to bring in a clean, flowing look. A glass enclosure keeps the space feeling bright and airy, while the dark penny tile floor adds contrast and slip-resistant texture. We installed a sleek rain showerhead and handheld sprayer in brushed nickel for a polished, modern finish. To tie the design together, we finished the custom recessed niche in a bold, geometric tile pattern—adding a pop of visual interest along with convenient built-in storage.
Results
The remodeled shower now feels clean and contemporary.
The contrast between the soft veining of the wall tile and the darker accents creates a balanced, refined look. The new layout offers more light and comfort, and the modern fixtures bring everything together with a cohesive, polished feel. It’s a compact update with a big impact—one that’s easy to enjoy every day.
